Media Production Training

Digital technology has made film production easier and more accessible and we fully support this development. Faster broadband connections mean that narrowcasting, or sending films over the Internet to specific groups with a common interest, is both realistic and achievable.

We can offer training on film production including developing your story, technical skills for camera, sound and editing as well as how to publish on the web.

The University of Salford is the only university to routinely make broadcast quality television and last year won two 'Royal Television Society' awards. Our location on the university campus means that we have access to the ex industry professionals who now teach television production so a high quality training package to suit you can be individually arranged.
